The Exchange System
The 2008 Budget Law states that electronic invoices for state administrations must be transmitted through the Exchange System (ES).
Ministerial Decree April 3, 2013, Number 55, lays down rules regarding the issue, transmission and receipt of electronic billing and defines the way the Exchange System works.
